Item Crate Keys are used to unlock Crates that are found whilst playing on Vox Populi. Keys purchased on the e-store are Diamond and can unlock Rare and Epic item crates, so they are usually the absolute best value.
The new Epic Item Crates found on the server can only be opened with keys purchased on the e-store, unlike the rare item crates which can be opened with gold keys purchased with in-game gold. These epic crates give double the chance to get an epic or epic foil trading card, meaning they are valuable even if you already purchase VoxBoxes!
